Fast food or Junk food is harmful for our body.

   
 
     We eat junk food. At present, junk food has become much popular. Because, junk food is available everywhere. Junk food looks attractive. It is pungent in taste. It has become popular for some reasons. People like junk food when they have no taste for other foods. Again sometimes, other foods are not easily available. It is available and easy to eat but it is not good for the body. It often contains harmful chemicals that make it delicious. It usually contains a lot of animal fat or sugar.
      Junk food like chips, burgers, cakes, biscuits are high in animal fats. Sweet and fizzy drinks like cola and lemonade are high in sugar. A large amount of fat makes our tissue fatty. A large amount of sugar can damage teeth and skin. Junk food lack the vitamins and minerals we need. On the whole junk food is injurious to our health. If we are keeping good health, of course we should avoid eating junk food. We should have fresh homemade foods. Otherwise, we fall in danger.
