Early rising is good for health.


Early rising is a very good habit. It is congenial to health. It acts as a healing balm. It refreshes one's body and mind. There is a calm and serene atmosphere everywhere. An early riser can enjoy the beauty of nature and gets enough time to do his tasks. One who get up early can do one's works timely. The man who rises late cannot enjoy the charm of life and fails to finish his duties in time. A wise saying says that the man who goes to bed early and rises early becomes healthy, wealthy and wise. So the habit of early rising should be formed from the very childhood of one's life
