Women's contribution to the development of our country

Nazrul says, women helps the men, always  inspires, go ahead. Men can't win without helping of women in any age. Men and women together create the beauty.  About fifty percent of the total population of our country is woman. Our country can't expect her prosperity leaving behind this large part of population. Because women's contributions to the development of our country is a lot. In the past women could not play any active role in our society. Their position in the family was very disgraceful. Their role was confined as a mother, wife and house maker. In addition she would give birth to and bring up children. She was believed to be soft, weak, submissive and dependent on man for her care and protection.
Today women are playing a significant role in all spheres of life. They are no longer confined within the four walls of their parents or husband's house. They have come out of the kitchen. They are working shoulder to shoulder with men in all the development programmes of the government.
