Traffic jam is a big problem for any city.

Traffic jam is a common sight in roads and streets. Traffic jam creates din and bustle, sound pollution, restlessness, collision etc. in the roads and streets. We know that the interruption of regular movement of vehicles on roads and streets is known as traffic jam. When we are in traffic jam, we feel very upset and unrest. If we violate the traffic rules, traffic jam and street accident happen in the roads and streets. There are good number of causes for traffic jam. Firstly, the density of population is the main cause of traffic jam. The enormous increase in the number of buses, trucks, autorickshaws, rickshaws and CNG is also responsible for traffic jam. Again reckless driving and parking vehicles is another great cause of traffic jam. Big cities of the world are suffered by traffic jam. Day by day new car is increasing in number. As a result, we fall in traffic jam. Now a days the traffic police perform their duties irresponsibly. The condition of our roads is very delicate and dissatisfactory. The authority should permit driving licenses to those drivers who have taken direct training in driving under the disposal of the authority. The traffic police should be very careful so that the drivers can't drive their vehicles recklessly in the roads. Government should take steps to reconstruct the roads and streets. So we can drive our vehicles without traffic jam.
