Devotion of mother/Obedience to mother.
Baized was a small boy. He was a great saint also. Form his
boyhood, he was very obedient to his mother. Once his mother became ill. He was
studying on his table. It was dead at night. His mother was in deed sleep. All
on a sudden, his ailing mother woke up
and asked him to give her a glass of water. Baized went to the kitchen to bring
water. Unfortunately there was no water in the pitcher. So, he went to a
distant fountain to bring water for his mother. He returned with water. By this
time his mother fell asleep again. Baized thought that he should not disturb
his mother’s sleep. So, he stood beside his mother’s bed with a glass of water.
In his hand. The night is over. His mother woke up in the morning and saw her
son standing. After a while she could remember the night incident then her
heart was filled with great love for her son. She embraced her son and prayed to
Allah for him. He became a great saint in his later life.
Moral: This story tells us that mother’s blessing is very
important for the betterment of every person and we should try our best to be
obedient to our parents.
(02) Failure is the pillar of success/Perseverance
is the key to success.
Once
there live a king named Robert Bruce. He was the king of Scotland. He was both
a good ruler and a brave warrior. He loved freedom. Then Scotland was under the
domination of England. Robert Bruce wanted to gain freedom of his country. So,
he fought six times against English. In every battle he was defeated one after
another. Being disappointed, he took shelter in a cave for saving his life. Once
he was lying in the cave. Suddenly, he saw a spider trying hard to reach the
ceiling of the cave. But it failed again and again. At last it became
successful in its seventh attempt. After observing this incident, Robert Bruce
got inspiration. He collected his needful soldiers and attacked his enemies
bravely. In this time he became victorious and regained hos lost kingdom.
Moral: This story tells us that we should not lese heart
to achieve our success in life and we should try our best to gain it.
(03) Greed brings downfall/Grasp all, lose
all.
There lived a farmer in a village. He had a wonderful
goose. The goose laid a golden egg every day. The farmer was very greedy. He wanted
to be rich overnight. He thought that the stomach of the goose was full of
eggs. If he could get all the eggs at a time, he would become rich soon. To
satisfy his greed he cut the belly of the goose. But it was a sorrowful matter that he did not
find any egg in its belly. At this he became much disappointed and lost his
valuable goose forever. Instead of becoming rich he become poor again. Through this incident, he understood that over
greed brought misfortune for him. This stories proves that greed brings downfall.
Moral: So, we should not be greedy in our life and we
should avoid over greed for prospering in our life.
